Three years ago I was in bed with a neck injury. I couldn’t move. All my time was in bed with my thoughts. I could go on the internet and scroll on tiktok. Sleep. That was about it. I did physical therapy, healed up, and felt stronger. I was in therapy as well, working on my brain.
