

Today’s combo was Strict dips + Hollow body hold then burpee sandwich. 🥪
I did box dips with tip toe support as my arms are not quite strong enough yet for a proper dip. Hollow body hold was painful as well but good for abs! 🤣
My AMRAP was not so good - probably because I went for a higher bar for jumping pull-ups. DB was 12.5kg. Couldn’t match the second round. However, I did quite well on max burpees! 😸
