You prepare for the worst: cold, dark, icy abyss, and that moment when you think: “This is going to hurt for sure!”. We all know that readiness for a feat, when you dare to do something new, scary, unknown.
And then you dive in... and suddenly... surprise! The water is warm, clear as crystal, you can see the bottom all the way down to the sand, and all around you are treasures you never expected to find. And all those dragons you were so afraid of don't breathe fire at all, but instead are just soft toys.
Life is like that at times too. We build a whole world of fears in our heads, when in reality it's much simpler and more pleasant. We just have to dare to dive in, and see what's behind it. If you know what I mean. 😉
