The emphasis here is on the expectation. It takes you away from the present moment. Are you truly in your heart, asking what it is you need and desire, acting from there? Or are you following along with a societally conditioned view of what a relationship should look like? It’s also these same expectations that take us away from the present moment during love-making, blocking our true potential for pleasure and full-bodied ecstatic orgasmic states.
