I might have to do it. The guy bought the place but then his job moved to uh another research station on the opposite coast of Antarctica. I'm like an ideal tenant, I am good, I can take care of a place.
I checked the pipes and furnace, nothing shitty looking like SOME research stations. The electrical panel looks new.
Wtf is with the carpet tho. It is on top of beautiful old hardwood. It crinkles, and the hardwood creaks. Just... get a rug, bro.
I dunno. It's exactly perfectly sized for me. Which feels strange because usually people want BIG and ROOMY, not perfect.
It's scary because where I live now is SAFE. I would be giving up the safety of cheap rent and a landlord who knows and loves me... what if I have to move in a year, and find a job or something??? yikes.
But it is looking like a yes :)
