

For me, working out now is definitely a balance between wanting to look my best and knowing getting activity in means FEELING my best, too~ I'm excited to see how much I can improve heading toward summer!! Craving that ab definition and booty lift big time ;) Do you work out? While I personally do love the gym itself (I have a psychotic treadmill routine that I'll share with anyone who feels up for the challenge), I've also been getting a really solid sweat from doing about 45 minutes of beat saber a day!! At the end of the day, any form of "exercise" should be something you have a ton of fun doing. Being able to move our bodies is a big privilege and it doesn't matter whether you're playing Ring Fit or hitting the weights - anything that gives that good ol' sweat counts as a workout in my mind.
