

💭 Today I decided to end the day with a run to energize myself! 🏃♀️💨

But I think I overestimated my strength - after the run I felt a bit uncomfortable, dizzy, and weak.... 🤕

Now I plan to have a mini-relax: a cup of hot tea with mint, a cozy plaid, and of course, medication on hand. 🍵💊 I hope it helps to come to my senses! 🌿✨
