I was sick for 7 days with a very bad sore throat and this Japanese HFMD that children usualy get but sadly I dont have immunity from that ao I got it. I had ulcers all over my mouth which made it hard for me to eat or drink, but Im well now and Im back in the gym. Love u all thanks always for the support! 😘
