had to take advantage of the gorgeous gigantic mirror at the studio -- something about handheld mirror selfies feels like ... authentic and "in the moment"? Snapchat used to give that vibe and it was a fun time imo. Everything feels a lot more curated now, which is dope in some ways but lacking in others (is this an artistic reasoning to excuse low effort?????? who knows LOL interpret it how u will)

Good morning Sunshine <3
Lately I've been working on being present in my day to day - I've been off my phone for the most part, getting out in nature a little more often than usual and just generally enjoying my little "afk" moments as they come. This past week I went kayaking, swam in the ocean, dipped my toes in a lake and managed to enjoy some sunshine without getting burnt (which is kind of a miracle for someone as pale as I am lol). I've been surrounded by loved ones, I'm watching these cute baby seagulls that live on a roof across my alley grow up and start to learn to fly ... idk, just simple stuff like that.
<3 I hope ur well. I'm doing my best to be well, too. I think the effort is worth it, even though change is sometimes scary.
