Just me in the morning.... So here's 30 hours into a fast and feeling pretty good about it. In bed at 10pm, up at 5am for a walk to get coffee. Stopped by the gym for a quick pull workout, then home before 7am to start my work for the day. Make it a great day guys!

Memorial Day weekend and not quite where i wanted to be for the official start of summer and beach season, but we'll get there! I've got you guys to hold me accountable!
