Im a sleepy girl. Been doing FaceTimes all day for my job! Ended up making some time for myself tho and getting my lashes done and going to the beach. I you feel like you haven't made time for yourself today make sure you for sure do it tomorrow. I know sometimes you may feel stuck, but your body isn't looking for rest its looking for movement.

Late night walk to clear my head. A lot of cool things coming soon that i’m excited about in my journey. I wanna talk about it more but i’m scared sometimes. I feel like if I talk too fast I might met something up or talk something else into existence. Just need to be silent and enjoy the ride for right now. One thing i definitely learned this year is only talk to people you can trust.
